Ben Hill is the Assistant Director for the Eisenhower Institute and joined the staff in February 2016.
Hill graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Science.
Prior to working at Gettysburg College, Hill worked for Theta Chi Fraternity's International Headquarters based near Indianapolis, IN. He served in a number of roles during his 13.5 years on staff, and concluded his time there as Associate Executive Director - Communications and Programming and as Editor of the Fraternity's magazine, The Rattle of Theta Chi.
Throughout his time with Theta Chi, he had the opportunity to work with more than 150 chapters and visited more than 250 colleges and universities throughout North America. He planned and executed a number of regional conferences, leadership education events, and the Fraternity's International Convention held in 2014.
