Trenton Fye

Trenton FyeTrenton Fye '19 is a Political Science and History double major from Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.

At Gettysburg, he has worked in the College’s Center for Global Education as a student assistant. Trenton is a member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, as well as the Sigma Chi International Fraternity.

During the summer of 2017, Trenton interned for Rep. Glenn Thompson’s (PA-5) district office. Here, Trenton focused on constituent services, research assistance, and data entry.

In the spring of 2018, Trenton studied in Copenhagen, Denmark, focusing his studies on terrorism and counter-terrorism. While in Europe, Trenton visited and received security briefings at NATO, the European Parliament, and the European External Action Service, as well as speak with military officials in Denmark, Belgium, and France on the current state of counter-terrorism operations in Europe.

Trenton became involved in the Eisenhower Institute in the fall of 2016, participating in Inside Politics with Kasey Pipes.

After graduation, Trenton plans to enter into a career of public service.
