This event, held on the campus of Gettysburg College and overseen by the Eisenhower Institute, will serve as a joint orientation and campus visit with the Eisenhower Institute Undergraduate Fellows and the Fielding Fellows. All Fielding Fellows and White House Fellows will participate in panels, campus tours, lectures, and various experiential learning events.
August 25-27, 2016
The Fielding Fellows will visit the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston, Massachusetts as part of their study of presidential legacy organizations and foundations, as well as to study President Kennedy’s administration. The visit will include meetings with the archivist at the Kennedy Presidential Archives and a tour of the Kennedy Foundation’s exhibits on the Kennedy presidency.

The Fielding Fellows will travel to Washington, D.C. to visit the main office of BlueLabs to learn the importance of data, analytics, and technology during the presidential election. Founders of BlueLabs helped on the re-election campaign for Barack Obama.

The Fielding Center and Fellows will host two panel discussions revolving around the 2016 Presidential Election.
A symposium at the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California with Mr. Fielding and his colleagues from the Reagan White House. Mr. Fielding served as White House Counsel for President Reagan.
The Fielding Fellows will visit Washington D.C. for an exclusive tour of the East and West Wings of the White House.
